昨年に引き続き、今年もオーストラリアの
ドラムサークルファシリテーター
Trey Phillipsが広島に来てくれました。
Australian drum circle facilitator
Trey Phillips facilitated our drum circle.
今回参加してくださったのは２８名。
最初の曲はいつものように
僕がファシリテートさせてもらいました。
28 people joined this event.
I facilitated the first song of rhythm music as usual.
そして、２曲目からトレイの登場です！！！
今年で３回目になるこのドラムサークル、
すでにトレイとも顔なじみになっている人もいて、
和やかな雰囲気で始まりました。
The second song, Trey appeared!!!
This was the third times we held this event.
Some participants knew him well.
So, we played the drum in a relax mood.
トレイはサークルを４分割して、
オーストラリアの英語を使って
リズムを創り始めました。
いつものドラムサークルでは
やったことのないファシリテートなので、
とても新鮮です！
Trey divided the circle into four groups
and he started to create rhythm
by useing Australian English.
This facilitation was realy unusual
for Hiroshima participants.
It was realy fresh!!!
自分では思いつかないような
リズムを叩いていることに、
皆さんも驚かれたのではないでしょうか？！
The rhythm they played at that time
was surely the rhythm they could not think of themselves.
I think everybody was surprised themselves.
休憩をはさんで後半は、
トレイと僕が二人でファシリテート！
二人のファシリテーターが個性的な
ファシリテートをすることで、
ドラムサークルの新たな楽しみ方を
見つけてもらえたのではないでしょうか。
Both Trey and I facilitated drum circle after break.
Because two facilitators did unique facilitate,
participants found out
a new way of enjoying drum circle.
参加いただいた皆様、ありがとうございました。
そして、言葉もうまく通じないところで
ファシリテートしてくれたトレイ、
いろいろお手伝いしてくれた奥様のキャロル、
おかげで楽しいドラムサークルになりました。
