7月のコミュニティードラムサークル Community Drum Circle in July

7月9日コミュニティードラムサークルでした。

22名の人が参加してくださり、

みんなで楽しくタイコを叩きました。

I facilitated a community drum circle on July 9th.

22 people joined this event and 

we all enjoyed playing the drum!!

いつもコミュニティードラムサークルを

行っている公民館が、工事のため

しばらく使うことができなかったので、

今回は久しぶりの開催でした。

久しぶりに仲間と一緒にタイコを叩くのは

本当に楽しかった～！

Because the venue I always use had been under construktion,

this community drum circle was held after a long interval.

We really enjoyed playing the drum together!

今回は福山から、ニューファシリテーターの

「かな」が来てくれて、ファシリテートしてくれました。

かなは、６月に大三島で行われたアーサーハルの

ドラムサークル・ファシリテーター研修に参加して

一緒に勉強をしてきました。

A new facilitator Kana came to facilitate from Fukuyama on that day.

Drum circle facilitator work shop was held at Omishima-island last month. The work shop was held by Arthur hull called the father of the modan drum circle. Kana and I went to there to learn how to facilitate a drum circle.

女性ファシリテーターが円の中にいると、

僕がいる時とは違った、ホンワカとした雰囲気になります。

参加された方々もファシリテーターによって

ドラムサークルは全然違ったものになる、ということを

感じられたのではないでしょうか。

When the female facilitator was in the center of the circle,

the atmosphere of the circle was different from when I was there.

I think that participants also felt the drum circle was different by who stands the center as a facilitator.

この日、参加者のお一人がスチールドラムを

持って来てくださいました。

暑い日にこの音を聞くと、とっても気持ち良くて

ドラムサークルも一段と盛り上がりました！

One of the participants brought a steel pan.

We felt comfortable when we listened to this sound in the hot day.

When we listened it, our drum circle became more excited!

来月はキャンプのためコミュニティードラムサークルは

お休みしますが、９月からはまた定期的に

おこなっていきたいと思っていますので、

またみんなで一緒にタイコ叩きましょう！

I won't held a community drum circle because of drum circle camp.

But I will hold it every month from September.

Let's play the drum again!!!

(We are thinking that we are going to go there
